Q. What is Cosplay Company all about?
A. We design and bring to life costumes that can be added to your regular casual wardrobe. We also have a cool range of novelty hoodies.
Q. Are your items costumes or everyday clothing?
A. They’re costume-inspired, but designed to be practical. Most pieces are comfortable enough for all-day wear and durable enough for outdoor events. Some customers wear them as statement pieces in everyday alternative fashion, while others keep them for festivals and conventions.
Q. What makes your designs different from standard costume pieces?
A. Our designs are developed through real-world use and customer feedback. Instead of one-size novelty items, we focus on fit, adaptability, comfort, and durability — things that matter when you’re wearing something for an entire day.
Q. Are your products handmade?
A. Our designs are created in-house here in the UK and professionally manufactured to ensure consistency and durability. This allows us to offer better quality and reliable sizing compared to purely handmade or mass-produced novelty costumes.
Q. Where are you based?
A. We are a UK-based brand serving customers internationally. Orders are shipped worldwide, with options depending on destination.
Q. What size should I order?
A. There are size guides on each product page to help you choose your size. If you’re still not sure get in touch here (link to size form).
Q. Are your products unisex?
A. Most of our designs are worn by customers of all genders. Styling is often based on character and aesthetic rather than traditional gender categories.
Q. Will this fit my child?
A. A lot of the time the smallest size of an item will be suitable for a teenager not yet in adult sizes, you can still use the size guides to help you or contact us here if in doubt.

Q. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
A. If you have a tracking number, you have the power to check on the progress of your item and to contact the courier to find out further information. If you have paid for tracking but don’t have a number contact us and we will provide it. Failing all of that, contact us and we will investigate.
Q. How do I return an unwanted item?
A. We hope you are satisfied with your purchases but if you ever need to return an item you can within 7 days of receipt. Simply email sales@cosplaycompany.com with your order number and we will provide the return address. Click here to view our full cancellation and returns policy.
